Cancelation Policy

Confirmation & Payment:
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or approved online gateways.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- 100% if the flight is cancelled 6 hours prior to departure or passengers fail to arrive for departure (no-show)
- 90% if the flight is cancelled 24 hours prior to departure
- 70% if the flight is cancelled 3 days prior to departure
- 30% if the flight is cancelled 7 days prior to departure
- 25% from signature, verbal acceptance or email confirmation of the booking
Additional Notes: Aircraft availability is subject to weather, maintenance, and operational requirements. Extra services like catering or transfers are non-refundable if cancelled separately.
